And the print magazine?
ZIMA Magazine is a thematic guide to life in the UK, which we publish once a year. Our authors have lived in this country for a long time, know it well and love it, so the materials of the magazine are always interesting, informative and useful stories about various aspects of English life, about people and their affairs, about traditions, history and culture of Great Britain.
You can order new and past issues of the printed magazine, as well as books in Russian in our online store ZIMA Shop.
What is ZIMA CLUB?
ZIMA Club is an offline platform of ZIMA Magazine with a regular program of public events. The club’s meetings devoted to contemporary Russian-speaking culture abroad – literature, cinema, theater, art and much more — have already been attended by more than 3,000 participants. The program of events is compiled by the project team under the supervision of the Board of Trustees, which includes Boris Akunin, Boris Grebenshchikov, Ekaterina Golitsina, Sergey Guriev, Clementine Cecil, Owen Matthews, Andrei Movchan, Natasha Tsukanova and others.
In addition to the schedule of public meetings, ZIMA Club has a membership program that allows its members to be the first to know about events and additionally attend private meetings, gastronomic dinners, art tours, master classes and trips. The membership program helps the project to develop.
More information about the program can be found on the ZIMA Club page.
How not to miss anything?
Once a week our readers receive announcements of the most interesting events in London and links to the best materials of our project. This is the city’s main newsletter in Russian.
Sign up right now so you don’t miss a thing. And, of course, stay tuned for more on Facebook, Telegram and YouTube. And don’t forget about Instagram: here we share the most interesting things happening in London.
How does the project exist?
ZIMA is an independent project that lives on through community support, funded by advertising, patrons, and contributions from membership program participants. However, this is not always enough to realize plans and make meetings available to an even wider audience.
You can support us in the easiest way possible: by attending a ZIMA Club event or making a purchase in the ZIMA Shop. You can also apply for the club’s membership program and become part of the closed community that helps the project grow. This is very important to us.
